Expansion managment for the digital tour operator

Extreme growth and at the same time a global decline in long-distance travel due to the Corona pandemic. Unclear general conditions for an expansion project on an area of over 4,000 sqm.

The focus of this project was to be able to deal flexibly and prospectively with the corresponding changes, while keeping an eye on the expansion path of a promising company from the tourism industry.

After months in the home office, the workspace has succeeded in providing the employees with an aesthetic office with a feel-good flair, to which they now gladly return.

Tourlane

Tourlane is a start-up from the tourism industry that specialises in tailor-made dream trips as an online travel portal and combines the advisory expertise of a travel agency with the speed and functionality of the internet.

The company was founded in 2016 and was on a rapid growth path until the Corona crisis, doubling its workforce over the course of a year.

 

The extreme growth was accompanied by growing demands on quality and functionality of office space and user comfort.

Scope of services

  • Creation and implementation of an overall New Work design and office concept

  • Client representation in the selection of the location and conclusion of the rental contract 

  • Technical and construction project management

  • Execution and construction supervision of the technical infrastructure and interior fittings

  • Support during office commissioning and organisational consulting
